software designed to ensure media players stay operating in the field for years without incident.
However, things happen - like power outages, damage, dropped connectivity and hardware failure.
We provide an optional, in-house support helpdesk, whose team members proactively troubleshoot
and resolves issues in the field, usually before our clients even know about it. This team effectively
takes the place of dedicated in-house resources, at a fraction of the cost. In those relatively rare cases
when problems cannot be resolved remotely, after a well-defined escalation process, we work with
nationwide maintenance partners to offer cost effective maintenance agreements and quick turnaround
field engineers to swap units and get systems up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.
